Technical Support Advisor (m/f)

We expect from you:

  • providing technical support to international business clients and distribution partners,

  • defining and recording specific customer requirements and organizing activities to fulfill these requirements,

  • accepting complaints and assisting in their resolution,

  • performing on-call service duty (standby work from home).

We expect:

  • at least a Level V education in electrical, computer, or other technical fields,

  • good knowledge of computers and basic electrical engineering,

  • proficiency in MS Office or Open Office (Word, Excel, Email, Internet),

  • active spoken and written English, and preferably an additional foreign language (Spanish preferred),

  • at least 3 years of work experience in similar positions (preferred),

  • desire for teamwork,

  • communication skills and a positive attitude toward working with people,

  • good organizational abilities.
