Technical Support Advisor (m/f)
We expect from you:
-
providing technical support to international business clients and distribution partners,
-
defining and recording specific customer requirements and organizing activities to fulfill these requirements,
-
accepting complaints and assisting in their resolution,
-
performing on-call service duty (standby work from home).
We expect:
-
at least a Level V education in electrical, computer, or other technical fields,
-
good knowledge of computers and basic electrical engineering,
-
proficiency in MS Office or Open Office (Word, Excel, Email, Internet),
-
active spoken and written English, and preferably an additional foreign language (Spanish preferred),
-
at least 3 years of work experience in similar positions (preferred),
-
desire for teamwork,
-
communication skills and a positive attitude toward working with people,
-
good organizational abilities.
